Relax. Relate. Release.

Relax, relate, release is something I believe people a lot of people need to use in stressful situations....

Relax: Take a second to look at what is going on, calm your self down and realize that somethings are just out of your control....

Relate: Look at the situation and what it all means, relate it to a real world solution to the problem at hand....

Release: Once you have found a solution, release it into the atmosphere and let life take its course....again there are things that are just out of your control so you have to be prepared to just let things go...

Stress happens, bad things happen, but what you don't want to do is to let it get to you and let it tear you down. That is how depression happens, that is how Bi-Polar can occur, because allow the world's burdens tear them down.

I try to help my friends and I with this issue, because we can get bogged down by the weight of the world....but what we have to do is look at the things we CAN fix and TRY to fix them, we have to work hard to try and adjust things that we can and those ones that we cannot change at this moment we have to let fate take over and do what it is going to do.....

We truly have to realize that somethings just take time to be fixed so with that let them fix themselves...

Life goes on and if you allow it, it can truly be a good thing. It can be a blessing....
