Birthday

I just came off of a weekend of celebration for my 25th birthday and I have to tell you that it was a great one. One of the best birthdays that I have had in a long time....

Want to know who made it great?

Yep, you guessed it: My Friends....fam made no effort but I am not surprised I love them still :) However moms got me a new camera that was a definite plus :)

My actual birthday fell on a Tuesday and I had the pleasure of sharing it with my freshman cheer squad and these girls went all out trying to make sure that I had a great day.

They bought me Mountain Dew and Reese's which are my favorite :) got me a strawberry birthday cake, decorated the dorm room I saw staying in (We were at cheer camp lol), song me happy birthday at breakfast and on top of all that they placed 1st in the Freshman Division as Camp Champs so I was like a proud mom :)

I get home, come to work and guess what? My co workers had made me a strawberry birthday cake as well...Can you tell strawberry is my fave? lol

Next up my best friend who lives in Minnesota came into town and our birthdays are one day apart so we had plans to make this weekend a great one and that we did.

Plenty of drinks, food, friends, music and food for two day. Happy hours, pool party, and VIP bottle service. We brought in 25 the right way....

Although it was a rainy 4th of July we got the chance to just relax and appreciate what we have been blessed with.

What can I say I love my life and I try to make the best of it. And you better know that we looked good all weekend long :)

Your birthday is NOT just another day. It is the day that the Lord decided to put you on this earth. Celebrate it, enjoy it, embrace it. You are here for a reason so celebrate and make it fun.

My birthday from here on out will be an event lol, I didn't celebrate it much as a kid or adolescent so I will as an adult. I love me and you should love you....

Opposite Sex Best Friends

Ok so I am going to give my opinion on whether or not men and women can JUST be friends....Here goes nothing It is POSSIBLE, however some of the best and most successful relationships blossom from friendships. When you hang around someone constantly and talk to them constantly you begin to grow feelings for that person.... And that's okay. But in most cases sexual tension between you all will arise... I have a male best friend but the way we got to that point was a LONG road lol we actually started out backwards we tried dated and then realized that we are better as friends.....Now that we got the tension out of the way now we can truly just be friends and now we can talk about everything Alot of the male-female friendships I know there is sexual tension unless one of the parties is homosexual.... One of my favorite rappers is Mr. Loso himself... I have told yall time and time again I listen to music for substance not for the new trend or a banging beat...
