Inspiration from a

Unlikely source....

So a new found friend told me that this time last year he was fighting cancer and that hit me like a ton of bricks....

I lost my father to throat cancer so I know the pain and strife that comes along with something like that so for him to healthy and where he is today still fighting for his dream gave me a renewed sense of strength to keep fighting every tight I even think about giving up.

I know that I have had it rough but I have never had something that would effect my well being....

What an admirable trait to be able to fight through something like that....

I can only imagine the pain that one goes through when experiencing cancer....

I am glad that I got a chance to meet him cause now every time I think that things are too hard I will think of him and continue to push

because you see in reality things can always be harder....

....A let down? No matter what I do, with certain I always feel like a let down. Like I let them down in some kind of way or another.... Ever feel unpretty? Always finding something wrong with you? "I wish I could tie you up in my shoes make you feel unpretty too, I was told I was beautiful but what does that mean to you?" EVERYONE has flaws it is up to you to accept them, love them, and know that they make you who you are... Media says skinny is sexy but there are skinny girls who want to be thicker, thicker girls who are wanting to loose weight etc...but the key is to be HEALTHY no matter what size you are... You can buy hair, make up, eye lashes, etc to help with appearance BUT at the end of the day you need to be ok with the way God made you because you have to take all that stuff of and when you look in the mirror it should be an image you instead of one that repulses you... Work on you from the inside and it will SHINE on the outside... How can you expect someone to love something you don't even love? Diary Post #4 (((I Think lol)))

Sooooooo in this hectic life I like to call my own I have met a guy who could possibly put me in my place and get me to settle down lol He is like a mystery and I think I like it... He doesn't like to answer my questions via text he prefers face to face so he can "show" me as he so eloquently states it lol... We shall see where this goes. I wont put much out there that is just a snippet... I saw my friend Sarah get married on Sept 12th and she looked absolutely gorgeous. I am so happy for her and her husband I am sure they will be together for awhile. They are those people that when you meet them you can see that they were made for each other. Yea....black love at its finest.... This Saturday I have yet another wedding to go to. I have see my homie Clinton get married. I wouldn't miss it for the world. He is a good friend.
